Snail Mail Club
for our children!
---
Sending real letters of adventure, mystery, and wonder,
like when we were young!
Remember When Mail Was Magic?
Now Your Child Gets It Every Month.
Personalized handmade letters from the Woolly Monsters of Mossy Hollow.
With their name on it.
Waiting in your mailbox.
---
When we were kids, magic came in the mail.
Like a birthday card, or a magazine Mom ordered for us.
We couldn't wait to open it and read every word!
The best was, once a year near Christmas.
Your name, handwritten on an envelope.
A letter from Santa!
Your heart pounding.
Your name mattering.
For one moment, YOU were very very special.
Well, ok, looking back, maybe it wasn’t reeally from the North Pole.
But, shoot, the feeling was real, wasn't it? Remember?
Then, well... that feeling vanished.
It was replaced by screens. By swipes. By YouTube auto-playing at bedtime.
Our children don’t get mail. They get notifications.
Until now.
This is 'Letters from Mossy Hollow'.
Once a month, your child walks to the mailbox and finds their name.
On real paper. From a real place. From friends who know them. Like Pen pals.
Pip, Bram, Tatterwig, Old Muttergot, and so many other Woolly Monsters.
They write to your child. By name.
And your child gets immersed.
Into a world where dreams still come true.
Where struggle means something. Where triumph is earned.
Where determination beats the darkness, and creation beats boredom.
All the things we learned as children ourselves —
When we built forts, not followers.
When we drew treasure maps, not just tapped screens.
When Mom said, “go outside" and, "use your imagine"... and somehow, we did.
And it was great, wasn't it?
We bring that all back.
In a way that hasn’t been done since we were children.
Every letter pulls them deeper.
Stories they step into, not just read.
Adventures that ask them to be brave.
Activities that pull them off the couch and into the yard.
Mysteries that make them "think" instead of scroll.
This isn’t a children's book that ends.
This is a world they belong to.
One letter at a time. Month after month.
Their eyes when they see their name on that envelope?
That’s the magic we lost.
That’s the magic we’re mailing back.
Your child deserves more than another video.
They deserve to be the hero of their own story.
They deserve mail.
This is what we do.
We mail imagination. We mail wonder. We mail our 'old-school style' childhood back to them.
Off line. Analog. Real.
I hope you’ll join us.
P.S. We make every envelope by hand. We iron the paper. We tear the edges.
We wax-seal it with Bree’s mark.
Because the magic isn’t just in the words — it’s in the feeling that someone, somewhere, made this "just for them"
That’s what we got when we were young.
That’s what your child gets from the Woolly Monsters of Mossy Hollow.
Every single month.

*FAQ — Letters from Mossy Hollow*
*1. What is Mossy Hollow? Just letters?
It’s a world your child steps into.
It starts with a handmade letter from the Woolly Monsters — Bree, Pip, Tatterwig, Old Muttergot — addressed to "Master Leo" or "Miss Emma." With their name on it. Like Santa used to do.
*But the letter is just the doorway.*
Inside: A real leaf the Woollies found for them. A torn map piece leading to treasure in your backyard. Seeds to grow Pip’s moss. A cipher wheel to decode Woolly’s secret message. A recipe Old Muttergot scribbled for “Honey Pot Biscuits”. And things to make, themselves. To be proud of. To achieve and rewarded with Official badges and Certificates.
*Every month pulls them deeper:*
Stories they do, not just read.
Mysteries they solve with clues they can hold.
Adventures that send them outside instead of onto a screen.
Projects that end with *muddy hands and proud smiles*.
This isn’t mail. *This is a monthly invitation to put down the tablet and pick up wonder.* Like we did when Mom said “go outside” and we somehow we did! And it was great, wasn't it?
*2. Who are these letters — and all these activities — for?*
*Children 4-10 who still believe, and parents who miss seeing that spark.*
*Ages 6-10*: They read the letter, crack the code, plant the seeds, hide the map. They become the hero.
*Ages 4-6*: You read it aloud while they trace the wax seal, crumble the leaf, “help” Woolly by drawing him a picture. They believe deepest of all.
If your child still checks if Santa ate the cookie…
If they build forts instead of watching shows…
If they ask “but HOW?” with their whole heart…
*Mossy Hollow is for them. Because we give them proof. Like pictures an artifact, a gift. Things that make it all believable.
*3. What are you really trying to bring back?*
*That feeling we had.*
When mail came with YOUR name. Heart pounding. The world seeing YOU.
When a stick became a sword. When the backyard became a kingdom.
When “go play” wasn’t a punishment — it was a quest.
Screens took that. Notifications replaced it. Auto-play killed it.
*We mail it back.*
Proof they matter. Proof they can come along the adventures. Proof childhood happens with dirty knees and secret maps, not swipes.
“The bell still rings for those who believe.”
*We put the bell in your mailbox. Every month.*
*4. So how do you get children off the couch?*
*We don’t tell them to. The Woollies tell them stories of what they did, sometimes asking them for help, or to find a clue, or to make a special knot, to dream like they did and build something. Every month is different.*
Woolly doesn’t send homework. They send missions.
“Emma, the Hollow Oak is sick. Can you find me 3 healthy leaves from your yard?”
“Leo, I buried a treasure. This map piece leads to the next clue… under the big tree.”
“Plant these seeds on the windowsill. Write me back when they sprout and I’ll tell you their secret name.”
It’s not a chore. It’s a call from a friend. And children answer friends.
They’ll choose Woollies over a screen because Woollies know their name. YouTube doesn’t write to anyone.
*5. What actually comes each month?*
*One envelope. Handmade just for your child. But it’s packed.*
A letter from the Woollies, by name. Real paper. Ironed, torn edges, wax-sealed with Bree’s mark.
An artifact — the moss, the map, the footprint, the recipe. Something real they hold.
*Often*: A challenge — decode this, plant that, find this, make that.
*Sometimes*: A piece of the bigger mystery. A newspaper from town. A “Case File” when they’re ready to be the detective.
*It starts simple. And every month, there’s more. It grows with them.* Month 1 they get a letter with proof. Month 5 they’re running Mossy Hollow’s detective agency. *One envelope at a time.*
*6. When does it arrive?*
We send as 'regular mail' on or around the last day of each month, so it lands to you the first week.
Envelope addressed to "Master" or "Miss". Because they deserve respect.
Because it’s an event, not a delivery.
*7. Can we cancel if it’s not for us?*
*Of course! Yes. Anytime. No traps.* Cancel before the 15th and you’re done. Just send us an email.
We’re mailing belief, not contracts.
But here’s the truth: Month 1 they’re curious. Month 3 they’re waiting by the door. Month 5 they’re trying to help the Woolly's figure out who might have taken their weather rock from the clues they give them. And they just want more and more.
*8. Is shipping extra with all that stuff inside?*
*No. The price you see is the price you pay.*
Because the magic isn’t just in the words. It’s in the feeling that someone, somewhere, ironed this paper, picked this leaf, and sealed it *just for them*.

That’s what we got from Santa.
That’s what your child gets from Mossy Hollow.
*A whole world. In one envelope. Every single month.*
